Responsible for the execution of the non-clinical aspects of the Care Management process.

Assist the entire Care Management interdisciplinary team in managing members with Care Management needs.

Work collaboratively, as a critical component of the Medical Management team, to facilitate all clerical and administrative processes and activities.

Perform member telephonic outreach for program enrollment with the goal of retaining members in the Care Management Program.

Provide phone queue management for both incoming and outgoing calls.

• Manage the departmental scientific publication repository using reference management software (e.g., EndNote) 10%

• Must have experience reading and evaluating scientific literature

• 3 years of experience working in a clinical, research, or healthcare industry (will consider technical field)

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field

• Create bibliographies and write summaries for assessing clinical safety and performance of products 20%

• Conduct literature searches to support regulatory submissions 5%

BA/BS and 5 years’ experience in natural resource management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Master's Degree in natural resources management, food production systems, ecology, or conservation-related field Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated

Relationship building experience to work closely with a variety of partners, i.e., academic researchers, government officials, internal scientists, and conservation practitioners.

Experience working with a wide range of people.

Excellent communication skills via written, spoken, and graphical means in English and other relevant languages.

Experience collaborating with diverse teams.

Strong organizational and project management skills

4+ years of validated experience in education and/or education technology

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Confirmed ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment with shared responsibilities

Advises field Missions, country or regional programs, and cooperating Agencies in the application of strategic information and data systems approaches.
