Salesforce Ux Designer Jobs in Georgia

Proficient in project management and organizational skills.

UX Metrics: Identify, collect, and analyze data to inform user experience decisions, including web metrics, customer support data, and other sources  

2 - 5 years of work, personal project, or internship experience with the full product design process, from research to rollout 

Portfolio of UX projects to illustrate applied experience

Experience or exposure with design tools including, but not limited to; Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. 

Working knowledge in at least one UX area, such as research, information architecture, visual design or interaction design 

Experience designing web-based and/or mobile applications

Create high-quality deliverables on a work stream with some oversight and guidance from a senior designer, within timelines and project requirements.

Experience using and contributing to internal design systems is required.

Experience concepting and designing digital interactive for web and native mobile applications is preferred.

A BA/BS/Master’s Degree in the field of user experience, research or related field is preferred but not required

You’ll build expertise in the domain and customers, and foster relationships with your team of cross functional partners.

Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including Operations, Product Management, Creative Design, Content Analytics, and Digital Marketing Technology

Leverage a human-centered design process to deliver an easy-to-use user experience and user interface

Continuously bring creative and practical ideas to the table to improve overall customer experience

Additional experience Sketch, Invision, XD, Adobe Suite

Demonstrated experience with wireframing and prototyping

Experience with user research, heuristic evaluations, and user journeys

Gather and evaluate user requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related equivalent work experience preferred

4+ years as a UX/UI designer

Identify and troubleshoot UX problems

Work within brand guidelines while developing creative solutions

Deep understanding of UX principles - able to back up design solutions with sound reasoning

Organize our product design process, lead workshops to identify and outline requirements

Experience in UX Designer or related position.

Knowledge of image authoring tools

RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO)

Perform design interviews with stakeholders and end-users

Participate in creative brainstorm with directors and design team

Facilitates design reviews and knowledge transfer in such a way that participants recognize the value and commit to recurring engagements

Bachelor’s degree in design, computer science, or related field or equivalent experience

Experience with Balsamiq and Figma

Builds a comprehensive understanding of client needs and opportunities via structured research interaction with internal advocates, research participants, clients, and prospects.

Creates resources (wire frames, design artifacts, documentation) that empower software engineers to implement specific functionality consistently

Increases consistency and efficacy of existing user interface metaphors throughout the platform
