Experience facilitating workshops or knowledge-sharing sessions

Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a UX/UI Designer, creating visually stunning designs that captivate users and drive results

Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions, collaborate effectively, and build strong relationships with stakeholders and teammates

Previous experience working within an agency or consulting environment

Experience working with quantitative or qualitative user testing or validation

Knowledge of branding, analytics, or data

Experience designing for Web, mobile responsive, and native mobile platforms.

Deep knowledge of design systems including Website’s best practices, iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design Guidelines

Understanding and experience with accessibility guidelines

Must have experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Invision, Lucid chart, Photoshop, etc.

Proven experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

Develop a captivating and cohesive design experience for our corporate global and localized websites, that delights and excites customers

Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, and/or related experience preferred

Minimum 3+ years’ experience in digital and website design, building and using industry best practices for b2b digital demand generation

Minimum 3+ with wireframing software such as Sketch, Figma, Abstract, Adobe’s Experience Designer and Illustrator

Demonstrated experience working with business goals/KPI's improving (traffic growth, engagement, conversions)

Demonstrated experience developing design guidelines and specifications, and in managing ongoing governance to ensure consistency

As a UX/UI Designer you will bring strong visual design skills along with top problem solving

skills to collaborate across the Product and Technology teams.

- Use strong visual design skills with thoughtful, problem-solving UX skills and user-centered

- Stay up to date with design trends, best practices, patterns, new capabilities, etc., and use

this knowledge to push the design system forward

in-class user experiences while supporting business goals

Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product managers and engineers

At least 5-10 years of UI/UX experience

Strong portfolio that demonstrates your design skills

Experience working with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite (Figma preferred)

Experience working with cross-functional teams
