Sales Receptionist Jobs

Greets and assists customers in a pleasant and professional manner and directs them to the right salesperson

Answers multi-line telephone systems and refers calls accordingly

Coordinates dealer trades (takes all calls and coordinating swaps/drivers etc.)

Provides information to the public and internal customer by mail, email and telephone

Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing and sorting mail

Understand and follow receptionist processes and procedures

Receive visitors and obtain name and nature of business

Direct clients to lounge and refer clients to appropriate personal for vehicle status updates

Diffuse client concerns and direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance

Monitor demo car keys and log demo car reports as appropriate

Immediately communicates with management, when a Client concern or situation arises. Qualifications

Compensation will be based on experience and skill level.

Works closely with management to compile and maintain verified accounts payable records; reconciles statements and issues payments to vendors.

Compensation starting at $13-$16 per hour based on experience and availability, plus incentives and commissions.
