Sales Receptionist / Greeter Jobs

Primary responsibilities are to ensure a friendly and receptive environment for the customer and provide administrative functions of the sales department.

Job Duties Include

• Greets and assists customers in a pleasant and professional manner and directs them to the right salesperson
• Provides information to the public and internal customer by mail, email and telephone
• Coordinates dealer trades (takes all calls and coordinating swaps/drivers etc.)
• Answers multi-line telephone systems and refers calls accordingly
• Checks in car inventory
• Orients new employees
• Replies to customer reviews
• Other duties as assigned
