A prior experience in a department in an auction house and knowledge of the auction workflow and processes preferable

Organize and manage all property in the jewelry vault, including labelling of trays and organization of all property

Help coordinate all Dealer Viewings for auction and international touring property, prepare and manage associated jewelry trays

Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent work experience.

Knowledge of jewelry and basic art handling or a proactive willingness to learn
