Educate prospects about BerniePortal's HRIS and payroll solutions, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.

Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position BerniePortal in the market.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.

Excellent listening and interpersonal skills to engage prospects and build rapport.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field

1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the SaaS industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with potential clients

Experience with various prospecting channels, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach

Competitive salary and performance-based incentives ($35k base, $70k OTE based on experience)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

3-5 years sales experience preferred

Effective communication skills, both written and oral is essential

Ability to travel 10% of the month
