General Maintenance Tools (Brooms, Mops, Hand and Power Tools).

To perform general cleaning and maintenance of building/facilities. May be expected to make basic repairs.

Has experience operating street sweeping or other heavy equipment

Has excellent customer service skills

A variety of health care plans or a cash-in-lieu benefit if waiving coverage

Possess a Class B California Driver's License with an air brakes endorsement (required)

Has a Class A or B Commercial Driver's License

Has a clean driving record

Coordinate between Sales department and all other divisions, and run and manage bi-weekly management meetings.

Develop and manage sales operating budgets, direct sales forecasting activities, and set performance goals.

Experience turning ideas into once in-a-lifetime experiences

Hatch and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.

Develop and recommend product pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term value.

Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities

B2B sales experience, cold calling sales experience, demonstrated successful performance in previous sales job
