Ringler Annex Bar Back Jobs in Florida

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Prior bar/restaurant experience , preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.

Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests.

Prefer a minimum of one year of previous bar or related experience

Greet guests in a timely manner with a positve attitude

Maintain full stock of all Bar products as directed by the Bar staff

Maintain clean service and dining area(s) of the bar at all times

Complete sidework at the beginning & end of each shift as directed by the Bar staff

High School graduate or equivalent preferred

Check facilities for cleanliness and inform management of need for repairs.

Participate in case conferences as needed with Housing Advocate Case Managers and Senior Program Director.

Perform or assist with any duties or operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements.

Minimum one (2) year in homeless services setting or experience working in a milieu setting.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Supervise Housing Technicians during shift. Ensure staff coverage during meals and breaks.
