High school or equivalent education

1-3 years’ experience in Health Care field

Advance Knowledge in Microsoft Office products

Strong prioritization and influencing skills and ability to manage differing requirements from multiple ‘clients’

Understanding and/or experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Reporting, Operations and Data mining

Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities – ability to interact with all levels

Ability and/or experience in developing strong partnerships with other business areas locally and globally

Experience with VBA and ATX desirable

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and commercial reimbursement methodologies and billing requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field

Experience with hospital revenue cycle either in a hospital setting or with a revenue cycle outsourcing or consulting firm required

Strong facilitation and presentation skills

Develop training for identified issues and performs retraining for staff not meeting productivity and quality standards

Conduct regularly scheduled training programs for new hires and existing team members.

Manages Medicare and insurance medical necessity appeal denials effectively in and in a timely manner.

Reviews potential implant accounts for compliance with CMS regulations and appropriate pricing in accordance with managed care contract obligations.

CPC and/or CCS Certified or comparable certification; Associate degree

5 years prior work experience in hospital financial or coding or medical claims analysis.

A pioneer in innovative medical research in areas such as cardiology, cancer, memory disorders and pulmonary diseases

Manage and facilitate revenue cycle workflow for Multi-Site client base

Manage Denials and Claim Adjudication whenever necessary or within the parameters of the client’s needs

Ensure the highest level of customer service by demonstrating thorough knowledge of Dental Revenue workflows and effective communication

Operate within the dental industry’s Best Practices when managing accounts

Must respect and maintain confidentiality following strict HIPAA/PHI regulations.

Ensure maintenance and retention of clients by meeting all Brand Promise Expectations

4+ years of commercial/marketing experience, ideally in subscriptions

Global ways of working experience with ability to lead/support international teams

Strong project and commercial leadership skills

Experience of strategy creation and prioritization of multiple disciplined factors

Create and deliver global business plans to deliver revenue growth objectives

Collaborate with local and global teams to achieve core KPI’s, and deliver against local opportunities

Generate Monthly patient invoices for ABA and outside entities.

Review claim rejections and work as needed.

Develops training to meet identified skill proficiencies for Revenue Cycle Management positions.

Experience with courseware used to develop online education preferred.

Ability to work with all levels of management and a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.

Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and workflow.

3-5 years experience in training design, curriculum development, and delivery.

Knowledge of healthcare billing preferred.

At least 2 years of experience supporting Go to Market, Revenue, Sales and/or Marketing organization

Possesses extremely strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills

Experience building pricing models, forecasting revenue, and providing decision support related to marketing spend

Has knowledge of SQL, or a desire and aptitude to learn this quickly

Experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot

Forecasting - work with the revenue team to accurately forecast revenue

3+ years of relevant work experience in brand management

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Strategic Management and/or Business

Strong experience within the field of strategic marketing/business development, with a holistic knowledge of business operations

In-depth understanding, knowledge and practical experience in customer and/or customer marketing is needed.

Manage program budgets and timelines to drive flawless execution of the plan, hitting all system milestones on time and within budget.

Experience with Nielsen or IRI, Bases and other quantitative research tools and a passion for understanding consumer behavior.

A bachelor's degree or 4+ years of commensurate work experience

1+ years experience working with and building data models using common tools like Python or SQL

1+ years experience with product analytics

2+ years experience using data to improve programs

3+ years experience using Excel/Sheets (charts, pivot tables, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint/Slides

3+ years experience in operations or strategy environments
