Returns Analyst Jobs

Following a return/replacement order from processing through invoicing

Responsible for all returns/replacements for assigned sales pro-s

Managing sales reports for orders processed requiring returns

High School diploma or equivalent work experience.

Receiving and inspecting returned product as directed by Sales and Customer Solutions associates.

Diagnose, repair, and repackage returned or damaged products.

Determine the disposition of returned product through their ability to read product drawings, engineering masers and work instructions.

Able to weld, grind and paint steel components, ensuring that repaired product meets the relative quality standards.

Enter data into relevant databases to transfer stock between locations as per organizational policies.

Effectively communicate in both verbal and written forms with customers, employees, peers and management

Ability to prioritize and organize work, along with strong follow-up, analytical, problem-solving and sound decision-making skills

LEAN implementation experience a plus

Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline

5 years of operational experience processing returns at an enterprise scale

Knowledge of large ERP systems (Oracle preferred)

Work cross-functionally with various departments to resolve any issues regarding payment transactions, executions, or reconciliations

Examine batch activity and transactional behavior for anomalies

Communicate with external vendors on any payment issues

Effectively manage time to complete required tasks within program service level metrics

Research and resolution on all Quince return processing exemptions accurately

Provide feedback and support resolution for all new or unforeseen operational issues

Provide reporting and follow up on program status and next steps

Candidates must supply their own laptop, internet connection, and any equipment to support this role.

Strong project management skills managing complex, multifaceted projects resulting in measurable successes and program growth;

Strong knowledge of corporate and/or non-profit governance with significant experience interfacing with governing boards.

Strong financial acumen, experience managing budgets and forecasting financial performance.

Set-up systems and processes to effectively manage the implementation of multiple grants/donations.

Successful track record of implementing strategic plans and building partnerships required.

Develop, establish, and direct the execution of operating procedures and policies to support overall foundation objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

2-3 years' experience in order management or returns on a corporate scale

1 + years' additional experience in at least one operational arena: Supply Chain, Logistics, Reporting or Order Management

Proficient analytical skills, including trend analysis, root cause identification and working proactively and creatively towards identifying solutions

Strong ability to establish and maintain productive and positive working relationships

Adept at managing multiple projects
