Retirement Benefits Manager Jobs in New York

Experience with LGBT, Gender Expansive young people, and unstably housed youth as demonstrated by 1-2 years of direct service case management

Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with adolescents and other city agencies

Fieldwork and escorts to vital documents and benefits offices as required.

Handle any appropriate responsibilities and functions as assigned by supervisor

Knowledgeable of and ability to apply positive youth development principles to working with young people

Effective interpersonal and organizational skills

Must be a positive teammate with excellent communication and project management skills.

5-7 years of US benefits experience (additional experience with global benefits is a plus).

Develop communication tools to enhance understanding of the company's benefits package.

Coordinate daily benefit administration and processing.

Review both short- and long-range cost estimates/projections and relevant statistical analyses regarding modifications in benefits programs and implementation of new programs.

Audit the accuracy and performance of functions performed by benefits staff.
