Overview A Retention Lead is responsible for developing and executing strategies to retain customers and increase customer loyalty. They are responsible for understanding customer needs and preferences, and developing and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Detailed Job Description The Retention Lead is responsible for developing and executing strategies to retain customers and increase customer loyalty. They will work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. The Retention Lead will be responsible for analyzing customer data, developing customer segmentation strategies, and creating customer loyalty programs. They will also be responsible for monitoring customer feedback and developing strategies to address customer issues. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
