Retail Sales Coordinator Jobs

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer knowledge and/or experience including but not limited to all Microsoft applications and navigating the internet.

Maintain daily detailed communication with the Retail Operations Manager pertaining to priorities and results.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required non-game and event duties as directed by job responsibilities and workload.

Assist operations team with day-to-day administrative and logistical duties as assigned.

Assist with the management of inventory including inventory controls and securing merchandise

Strong communicative skills in person and via phone

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

Must conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of the Irvine Company

Provide excellent guest service through hands-on problem solving approaches

Proactively looks beyond problems to develop solutions that maximize effectiveness of the department

Keep up-to-date on the wide selection of floors we have to offer along with the benefits and warranties provided by each

Assist customers with flooring selections (explain features/benefits, etc.)

A passion for, or experience with, decorating or design

Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office programs and a willingness to learn our operating systems

Retail sales experience would be a plus, but not required.
