Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the management team

Greet fans and ask questions to help make their shopping experience an enjoyable one

Help execute a brand connection by ensuring fans enjoy a top-notch shopping experience

Past experience working in retail or sales preferred

Foreign language skills are a plus

Identify and implement process improvements in the Billing process

Review and update process documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy

Complete annual entitlement reviews for locations and shared file locations

Assist team members with testing system enhancements / changes

Run analytical reports, develop insights, and communicate results/findings

Provide administrative support to the leadership and supervisor team

Ensure last minute operational changes to be managed to the detail and suppliers receive all the requests.

Oversees and manages operations incidents and reviewing that there is no impact in the delivery of the operations.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, Other languages would be advantageous.

Easily adapts to a variety of changes to ways of working and quickly learns new skills

Project 3: Assist the retail operations teams in various projects to help the store teams deliver a memorable customer experience.

Excellent oral, written, presentation and communication skills needed.

All other duties or projects as assigned

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) a must.

Possess a high level of integrity – must show good judgment and confidentiality at all times.

Highly organized with experience using Google Sheets and Basecamp (or similar project management software)

Upload series to our content management system and perform file-checking

This is a 6-month paid internship that begins in the Summer of 2023

Review webcomic series to ensure they comply with our content guidelines and add appropriate keyword tags

Edit and organize documents, including updating guides, proofreading changes, and creating presentation slides

Write short-form content, such as briefs and blurbs

Assist with managing the life cycle of sales and gratis orders from forecast to fulfillment

Assist with audits of retailer chargebacks, damages & returns for various international wholesale accounts

Assist with supply chain and operational process improvement initiatives

Assist with communication between cross-functional teams, 3PL customer care, and external retail partners

Assist with ad hoc projects relating to retail operations and distribution

Provide administrative support to the team on an as-needed basis
