The Retail Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing operational support to the retail team. This includes managing the day-to-day operations of the retail stores, ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed, and providing customer service to customers. The Retail Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage the daily operations of the retail stores, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and customer service.
• Ensure that all processes and procedures are followed in accordance with company policy.
• Monitor store performance and identify areas of improvement.
• Provide customer service to customers, including resolving customer complaints and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of store operations and sales.
• Monitor store security and safety procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Train and supervise store staff.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor store budgets and expenses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
