Manage and assess the accuracy of sound recording-related data in CMS

4-5 years of marketing experience; Music Industry a plus

Music industry experience with an emphasis in marketing

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in business operations, inventory management and logistics at a record label, music distributor or a similar company.

Extremely organized with superior time management skills

Manage inventory on all physical configurations.

Run P&Ls for all configurations (physical and digital) with our Finance team.

Manage relationships with Billboard and Luminate teams.

BA 4-year college, or similar education level required

Experience with accounting and financial applications software; Hyperion Financial Management/SmartView Reporting, SAP and BPC planning experience/knowledge preferred

Prepare variance analysis for Corporate and Business Unit management

Work closely with the other finance teams in addition to the North American team

BA in Finance, Accounting or related field

Minimum 2-3 years of financial planning & analysis, strategic planning, accounting and/or audit experience is required

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

At least 1 year of solar sales experience, particularly in a customer-facing role.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Identify potential customers interested in solar energy.

Reaching clients over the phone and email

Qualifying clients confirming that they reside in California and are the homeowners of single family homes or townhomes.

Assess homeowners needs and requests: only solar, solar and battery, roofing…

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated experience in leading and inspiring cross-functional teams.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Deep understanding of heavy equipment rental operations, market dynamics, and industry trends.

Strong financial acumen with a track record of driving financial success.
