Demonstrated experience in leading and inspiring cross-functional teams.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Deep understanding of heavy equipment rental operations, market dynamics, and industry trends.

Strong financial acumen with a track record of driving financial success.

15 years of operations management progression in industrial gases or operations of equivalent complexity

Demonstrated experience leading teams remotely

Direct and monitor plant production to efficiently meet customer requirements

Bachelors degree in engineering is preferred. Candidates without an engineering degree, but relevant experience will be considered

Administer EH&S standards to ensure the protection of employees, contractors, the community, and the environment

Organize and control maintenance functions to optimize cost and reliability

7 plus years of experience in program management, stakeholder organizing and/or organizing coalitions in California

Expert project management skills and an ability to manage up and laterally.

Ability to work on deadlines, adapt to changing situations and priorities, handle confidential information, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in leading communications strategies and supporting press and media relationships is preferred.

A deep understanding and experience working in Los Angeles coalitions and advocacy spaces is nice to have.

You are self reliant and results oriented and hold excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills.
