Job description:

We are seeking a Solar Ambassador to join our team in Los Angeles (remote work), you will assist homeowners in adopting solar energy systems for their residential properties.

Responsibilities:

• Qualifying clients confirming that they reside in California and are the homeowners of single family homes or townhomes.
• Collect client’s information such as physical address, power bill and if applicable, roof specifications such as material and shading.
• Scheduling an appointment for a sales representative for a follow-up call/videocall (or in person visit) to share a solar proposal
• Assess homeowners needs and requests: only solar, solar and battery, roofing…
• Reaching clients over the phone and email
• Identify potential customers interested in solar energy.

Qualifications:

1. At least 1 year of solar sales experience, particularly in a customer-facing role.
2. Significant comfort level with technology, utilizing a computer and multiple software applications.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Goal-oriented mindset and self-motivation.
5. Proven ability to be resilient and generate trust with customers.
6. Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
