Retail Events Assistant Store Manager Jobs in Georgia

One year of previous retail management experience or one year of employment with Blick

Solve associate issues in partnership with other members of management

Understand and manage the financial well-being of the store using the annual budget and monthly Profit & Loss reports

Direct and oversee the overall operations of all in-store departments of the retail location

Maintain company POGs, display and signage compliance, cleanliness standards, and supply orders

Ensure compliance to all Loss Prevention and Safety measures, Dick Blick Company Policies and Procedures, and operational controls

Ensure that the customer experience is best-in-class: authentic, engaging, educational and aligned with Rivian’s mission, core values and culture .

Operate in a remote setting, traveling to lead and support a variety of customer facing events and activations

Support various special events (both onsite and remote) and new site openings across the commercial organization as needed

Build a strong workplace culture focused on employee development, team experience and over-delivering for our customers

Oversee customer engagement and support, including product education, drives, lead generation and demand generation

Uphold the operational framework, best practices, and playbooks to deliver the best experience possible to our customers and team

You've led functional teams in a retail management role previously

You can multi-task and have attention to detail; priority-setting and time management are your strong suits.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Must be over the age of 18

Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
