Oversee our Finish Line checkout process and ensure that every customer is made aware of our VIP program’s incredible benefits.

Monitor all store inventory and processes.

Coach and develop your Inventory Support Specialist and hold them accountable for accuracy and timeliness.

Be punctual and reliable as you will be entrusted with opening and closing duties.

Develop team members, take corrective action, and lead the review process.

Project management skills, including the ability to handle complex timelines and multiple projects; manage projects to completion.

Assist with budget planning, venue management, and equipment/facilities management.

Associates degree and a minimum of three years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and relevant experience.

Guide event planners through the process, policies, and requirements of hosting an event at the Alumni Center.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong administrative skills. Ability to navigate complex calendars.
