Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work and establish performance and development goals for team members.
Communicate daily shift details with Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef.
Assist Restaurant Manager with regular staff meetings to build rapport and ensures colleagues are well informed.
Reviews scheduling and labor needs with Restaurant Manager to meet the guests needs as well as maximize efficiency.
Work with the Restaurant Manager to ensure appropriate inventories are stocked.
Previous restaurant experience preferred. Two year of previous supervisory experience also preferred.
