Delivers regular and ad-hoc resource reports to include variance of actual results in comparison to forecasted or supply resource requirements.

Manages a team of resource modeling specialist and support roles.

Bachelor’s degree or a minimum five years of human resources experience

Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred

Extensive background and understanding of Global Bank liquidity, capital, and balance sheet management and optimization.

10+ years of experience in Financial Markets including but not limited to Securities Financing related activities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Possesses excellent communication skills both oral and written

Explore non-traditional sources of financing including non-bank structures, centrally cleared, and platform solutions.

Develop and advance financial resource analytics enabling transparency, efficiency, and optimization across products and counterparties.

2 + years of line management experience

Excellent computer and internet skills including knowledge of MS-Office products such as Excel and Word and Powerpoint

10+ years of Resource Planning experience in CRO preferred, would consider pharmaceutical field

Demonstrate good business acumen and understanding of clinical research fluid environment (appreciate and expect project/timeline/requirement changes)

Strong ability to manage and motivate direct reports, including leading a “virtual” team
