Resort Services Coordinator Jobs

Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.

Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and complete other cashier/money handling responsibilities.

Support Sales Managers with sales opportunities, pre-arrival details, and all vital clerical work, while handling a heavy phone volume

Complete managers' and client's requests, including dining reservations, backstage clearance, ground transportation arrangements, tickets purchases, and general Disney questions

Provide data entry support for documents and contracts, as requested by leadership

Request park venues reservations and work with Sales and Services Managers to coordinate venue space moves

Minimum 6 months of work experience in sophisticated guest service role or administrative role

Knowledge of Hospitality Industry, including processes and work flows

Perform other duties as requested by management.

Prepare employee Schedule according to business forecast, payroll budget guidelines and productivity requirements.

Maintain a professional working relationship and promote open lines of communication with managers, employees and other departments.

Must maintain constant communication with Housekeeping, Reservations and the Credit Manager.

Ensure that employees are, at all times, attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and other employees.

Motivate, coach, counsel and discipline all Guest Services personnel according to Highgate Hotel S.O.P.'s.

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set

Field inbound communications - Answer phone calls/general email inquiries.

Coordinate scheduling - Set up meetings based on cross-functional availability for both internal and external stakeholders.

Organize internal resources - Build out and maintain processes to keep files and office supplies organized and easily accessible.

Liaise with visitors - Act as point person for clients.

1+ years of customer service experience in call center environment or similar preferred but not required.

Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English and Spanish fluently
