At least 3-5 years of experience working as a sous chef or very similar role in restaurant or banquet operations

A Hospitality Management Degree qualification is preferred, however, not essential with relevant experience

Applicants are highly recommended to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Resort Management

Important to enjoy local activities as guests and employees are very passionate about enjoying all the destination has to offer

Strong ability to manage labor and adjust standards as needed

Knowledgeable about standard profit margins and ability to make financial decisions which maintain those margins

Ideal candidate should have prior operational background experience in Food & Beverage or Rooms, Residential experience would be a plus/advantage

8 years minimum experience as a General Manager or Resort Manager in an upscale environment

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Previous experience in a resort environment with seasonal business fluctuations preferable

10+ years of P&L responsibilities

Ability to motivate and inspire a team

Spend considerable time in the operations MBWA (Management By Walking Around), auditing performance and functionality.

Initiate, prepare, review and comment on special operational reports and present to executive management as directed.

Minimum of 3+ years experience as a Casino General Manager in a high-end resort.

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited University, in Business or Hospitality Management or other related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong ability to forecast, budget, create and manage controls and policies, analyze trends, course correct, and deliver results.

Assures that all financial and credit procedures are followed; coordinates arrivals, departures and billing requirements with Sales and Catering Departments.

Minimum Two Years Luxury Experience in Hospitality desired

Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills

Interviews, trains and schedules the staff, as well as conducts performance evaluations and disciplines staff when needed.

Resolves guest concerns and interacts with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.

Resolves customer complaints from all areas of the hotel.

Maintain a working knowledge and understanding of Parks technology systems.

Bachelor's degree in hospitality, management, or related field or equivalent experience.

Two of experience in the direction and management of employees in a similar hotel environment.

Technical knowledge and experience with Opera.

Technical knowledge and experience with HotSOS or other service optimization system.

Previous experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement.

Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.

Comfortable leading by example, including 'hands-on' task management

Manages, supervises, trains, and coaches Resort staff based on company standards and training guidelines.

Maintains positive outlook and takes initiative in crisis. The Assistant Manager is able motivate and lift the team.

Orders supplies as authorized by the Resort Manager.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Able to simultaneously manage multiple priorities

Financial management skills e.g., ability to analyze P&L statements, develop operating budgets, forecasting and capital expenditure planning

Be responsible for the resort management in the absence of the General Manager.

Create and support clear lines of responsibility for management team, including coverage and oversight throughout the day

Review and work with appropriate revenue management reports

A Three-year college degree or equivalent education/ experience.

Must possess highly developed communication skills to negotiate, convince, sell, and influence other managerial personnel, hotel guests, and /or corporate clients

Report all unsafe or hazardous conditions, incidents, accidents, and/or defective equipment to their manager

1 year of housekeeping/cleaning experience is preferred

Demonstrated knowledge of general janitorial work and safety measures when using various cleaning chemicals
