Overview A Resort Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a resort or hotel. They are responsible for ensuring that all guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay. They must also ensure that all staff are properly trained and that all safety and security protocols are followed. Detailed Job Description A Resort Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a resort or hotel. This includes overseeing the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and other staff. They must ensure that all guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay. They must also ensure that all staff are properly trained and that all safety and security protocols are followed. They must also be able to handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills
