Residential Solar Project Coordinator Jobs

2 years of experience in planning with some budgeting responsibilities.

Manage program orientation process for internal and external stakeholders and oversee training for program implementers and/or contractors.

Experience identifying and implementing process improvement efforts.

Excellent written and oral communication skills including presentation and analytical skills.

Experience providing an excellent customer service experience.

Provide suggestions on improving folder structure and communicate them to the Project Manager and VP of Operations.

Ensure all project workspace sheets are up to date and that all tasks are properly managed.

Input extracted contractual obligations into Smartsheet upon approval from Project Manager.

Identify drop dead dates for project phases upon execution of contracts. Dates should be approved by Project Manager.

Upload to Box and forward to Controller and Project Manager all incoming invoices.

Prepare weekly look-ahead reports per project for Project Manager.

Outstanding organization, time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Interface with project ecosystem including marketing, operations, product management, technical services, utilities, and city officials as required

Work with customers and management to review issues and resolve problems

Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD. Google Docs and Salesforce experience a plus

Bachelor Degree or an equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work and life experience

Determine local and national code requirements that apply to the project

Liaise between internal Development, Legal, Project Finance, and Engineering teams for matters related to project advancement and risk management.

Min 2+ years’ experience in solar project management / project coordination / project development

· Experience with project management platforms and/or CRM databases (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, MS Project, etc.)

Manage project budgets, including tracking, reporting, invoicing vendors, and reconciling payments.

NYSERDA, NY-ISO and/or C&I solar knowledge is desired but not required.

Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills

0-2 years of experience in solar farm construction or EPC electrical projects

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preparing and distributing project documentation

Tracking project schedules and budgets

Coordinating with vendors and subcontractors

Excellent teamwork, communication, leadership, people skills and solid time management skills are a must

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or Construction Management, or related field

Manages and oversees execution and ensures all engineering processes and procedures are followed, including enforcing safety policies and procedures

5-7 years of experience successfully leading and managing complex portfolios valued at $30 Million

Prior experience building greenfield projects is required; experience with renewable projects (specifically solar or energy storage) is highly desired

Experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule and within budget

· 3-10 Years' experience in commercial construction and/or project management.

· Manage design process from 60%.

· Experience managing full scope of project.

· Experience managing a team.

· Serve as primary contact for all parties involved in project.

· Work directly alongside the procurement department to track key materials.

3-10 Years' experience in commercial construction and/or project management.

Manage full scope of work, including but not limited to schedules, budgets, contracts, and managing third-party subcontractors.

Manage design process from 60%.

Experience managing full scope of project.

Serve as primary contact for all parties involved in project.

Work directly alongside the procurement department to track key materials.

General math skills and experience working with data

Promptly manage and respond to customer concerns and inquiries

Add, cancel or make changes to scheduled install dates as needed to create efficiencies and meet customer requirements

Produce and process schedules and reports as they are requested by the Operations Manager and Project Managers

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Computer competency for data entry and the production of reports and schedules
