Job Description
Assistant Project Coordinator - Solar


We are looking for an Assistant Project Coordinator to join our team of solar professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of solar farm construction, EPC electrical projects, and renewable energy projects. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is essential.


This Includes, But Is Not Limited To


The primary responsibility of the Assistant Project Coordinator will be to provide administrative support to the Project Coordinator.


  • Preparing and distributing project documentation
  • Tracking project schedules and budgets
  • Coordinating with vendors and subcontractors
  • Providing customer service to project stakeholders


The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 0-2 years of experience in solar farm construction or EPC electrical projects
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


This is a full-time position based in the Gettysburg, PA region. We offer competitive salary and benefits.
