How do we do this? Through our Residency, which is broken out into two phases:

Pitch Week: Founders will pitch Antler's Investment Team for a sizeable pre-seed check for your new company.

During Phase 2, we will:

Build seed round fundraising strategy (materials, target investors, events)

A place to find your co-founder, test your idea, and launch your startup.

Event Conceptualization: Develop creative event concepts and themes that align with the client's vision and objectives.

Monitors pest activity through the Museum's integrated pest management plan (1PM).

Knowledge, skills, and ability to identify, research, and catalog military history material culture according to AAM accreditation standards.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Work with Schools, Industry Partners, and appropriate government departments to align and coordinate the festival's implementation and management.

Work with the finance and leadership team to manage the programming budget, continually striving to improve efficiency and cost savings.

Support artists in gaining access and taking advantage of the location's cultural offer, providing structure and facilitation where necessary.

Develop and manage all residency communication materials and supplies.

Manage and deliver documentation of the programs, including managing the social media and PR development of the residency.
