Experience with large-scale data management and research program and project management;

Working with the Principal Investigator and Project Manager to ensure compliance with all federal and university requirements;

Developing and implementing innovative study data management processes;

Managing project milestones in collaboration with the Principal Investigator and Project Manager;

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills.

Leading efforts to obtain data on SDoH, store the data, and analyze the data as needed to disseminate the findings;

Coordinate, manage logistics and lead trainings/educational opportunities related to grant subject matter

Manage the mandatory prevention and education for all incoming and transfer students

Ability to work under the requirements of a grant-directed position

Strong writing and PC skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Organize Coordinated Community Response Team (CCRT), hold regular meetings with internal and external partners ensuring compliance with all program requirements

Explore, select and implement a bystander and prevention education program

Experience in program management and evaluation

Experience with Data Analytics and EMR and RHIO platforms

Comfort with tasking team members to achieve high quality outcomes for patients and meet programmatic requirements.

Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience

Strong written and oral communication skills

Experience in program development, implementation and evaluation
