Assist in the develop of communications and education in support of Margin Transformation Office objectives across the enterprise

7+ years of experience focused on business transformation; delivering complex, cross-functional programs

Experience in effective ideation, facilitation, brainstorming and business case developement

Experience in supply chain operations, with particular emphasis on manufacturing

Experience with Lean, Six-Sigma processes and best practices

Experience in consumer packaged goods or consumer industries a plus, but not required

Build financial models that optimize offer strategy on new products with an emphasis on pricing

Through data analysis, influence strategic pricing, offer strategy, and product mix decisions

4+ years of experience mining and analyzing data, using it to provide strategic recommendations on analysis performed

Must have 4+years of extensive hands-on strategic analytics experience evolving new and existing B2C strategies

Lead and provide technical quality review of the development of electromagnetic requirements for electrical\electronic systems, mechanical systems, interconnects and structures.

Experience with system design in areas of Radio Frequency (RF) and Link Margin engineering.

Experience leading and applying systems engineering processes and principles

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field required. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Proven experience as a Revenue & Margin Growth Analyst or similar role, preferably in a dynamic and competitive industry.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling.

Year of experience: Minimum 10 years of experience with Margin Account and Options Risk monitoring

Strong knowledge on FINRA regulations

General knowledge of corporate actions as it relates to margin

5+ years of experience utilizing Broadridge BPS; Bloomberg; OCC Encore System

Excellent communication skills for meticulous follow-up and engagement with cross-functional teams

Review trades and Margin Reports to verify that customers are within their margin parameters

· Escalating disputes and pricing issues to Senior Management.

· 1-3 years’ experience in Fixed Income

· Issuing and responding to repo margin calls for multiple broker dealers

· Monitoring counterparty margin disputes.

· Booking of margin calls

· Ability to work independently
