Ensure customer facing associates maintain annual product certification of RLT products in collaboration with CE operations

A minimum of 3 years of Prostate/ RLT experience or related Oncology/Diagnostic experience is required.

2 years of industry sales training experience is required

3-years of pharma sales experience is required, 5 years is preferred

Brand strategy, tactics understanding combined with strong clinical & therapeutic knowledge

Strong overall sales acumen and business experience

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong working knowledge of cGxPs and international regulatory requirements

Job Functions: (Primary essential duties and responsibilities)

• Experience with e-Learning training system VEEVA

• Knowledge of curriculum design

• 3+ years experience in Training working in an LMS

2) Experience with purchase orders/understanding of basic budget management

- Must have a positive attitude, good project management skills, and can work independently

- Good time management and attention to detail

1) Experience with managing vendors including Purchase Orders

- Manage project timelines between Graphic Design, Vendors, CTL&D, and Study Teams

- Manage vendors including managing the Purchase Orders and tracking spending using required systems
