Detailed Job Description The Remote IT Support Tier 1 role is responsible for providing technical support to customers over the phone, email, or chat. The Remote IT Support Tier 1 must have excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of IT systems and processes. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
