The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $24.04 - $28.85.

Effective time management skills including multitasking and prioritization

The ability to work from home; this position is 100% remote

Leverage knowledge from support and engineering teams to create creative solutions for clients

A minimum of one year of related customer-service experience, ideally in a sales capacity

Experience in a web hosting or similar technology company strongly preferred

Effective interpersonal skills in interacting directly with external customers

Excellent professional communication skills – skills with technical knowledge.

Maintain working relationship with Commercial Product Manager and Marketing/Communications to achieve accurate and timely specification data on all commercial products.

5+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service related field.

HVACR Industry Experience HIGHLY preferred

Data entry proficiency without defects (proofreading, spelling, and grammar checks).

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment
