Job Description
We are looking for a Remote Resort Representative to join our team!


The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and be able to effectively communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner. You must also have the ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities include:


  • Answering customer inquiries and providing information about resorts and services
  • Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with their bookings


Qualifications:


  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to work remotely and independently
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
