Remote Recruitment Specialist Jobs in Arkansas

Work with senior management to develop recruiting strategies across all business units.

Provide feedback and recommendations to HR partners & hiring managers.

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience.

Engage in the full lifecycle of recruiting, ensuring both the candidate and hiring team are satisfied customers.

Perform a variety of professional and administrative recruiting functions in support of identifying, interviewing, evaluating and selecting qualified candidates.

Collaborate with leadership team to establish goals, objectives, and hiring priorities.

Build a strategy to maximize revenue including both business development and account management.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Fully remote with quarterly company meet-ups

Identify, build and maintain client relationships in a competitive environment

Understand and communicate client needs to all parties involved

Develop a commercial understanding of the market, staying up to date with market trends

Strong time management and organizational skills

Assist in maintaining candidate information in Prime’s Applicant Tracking System

Assist the Recruitment team with all campus recruiting and intern efforts

Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to communicate and interface with all levels of the organization

Associates degree or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 3 years of relevant recruiting, sourcing or research experience

Strong computer skills (MS Office, ATS, Google)

Assess candidates for soft skills, role specific skills, and cultural fit

Utilize, maintain, and manage the recruitment systems to ensure hiring practices are within compliance standards

Track record of leveraging a range of sourcing tools and innovative techniques to identify potential candidates
