Assist and complete special projects assigned by management in a timely manner.

Maintain complete understanding and knowledge of all TPx product lines.

Participate in ongoing training and become skilled in any new products and systems.

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $24.04 - $28.85.

Solid knowledge or experience working in healthcare education field is preferred

Works closely with practicum coordinators to ensure students are effectively completing their practicum responsibilities.

Ensures a quality student experience in interactions with practicum coordinators.

Maintains relationships with clinical agencies to ensure successful practicum experiences.

Identifies and assesses concerns related to practicum experiences and facilitates appropriate interventions.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills are required

Track record of successful project management and creative problem solving

Evidence of of organizational skills

Working closely with the Sales team to onboard new clients

Setting clients up with correct signage

Setting clients up on our the Quick Text Pay Software

Ensuring clients have everything they need to be successful on our platform

Experience in medical field and administrative record management

Oversee new hire and continuing education training for location personnel

One year directly-related experience in Durable Medical Equipment Prosthetics Orthotics & Supplies (DMEPOS), billing and collections, and training

Identify and address issues related to location operations

Perform analysis of all claims data in order to provide decision support to Claims management team

If assigned to Research and Resolution team, responsibilities include:

Provide input for claims business requirements, testing processes and implementation tasks and plans

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience required

Advanced level experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Data analysis and trending skills

Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

BA/BS or equivalent work experience and a proven, successful track record in a detail oriented position.

Minimum of two years of successful operations or customer service experience.

High energy and good communication skills both written and verbal.

Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office applications. Great if experienced with Salesforce.

Experience working with adult learners and non-traditional students.

Ability to navigate HR systems (e.g., Case Management, Knowledge Management, Workday)

Escalates complex inquiries/issues to the appropriate Tier level support queue using the case management system and any follow-up needed

Shares knowledge and actively participates in efforts to increase the value of the HR Operations to the organization

Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of two (2) years of HR operations experience

One (1) year of experience in a customer service environment (optional but preferred)

Strong communication skills (listening, speaking, writing)
