The Manager of Marketing Account Management responsibilities include:

6-8+ years of Marketing experience

Managing a team of 2+ marketing account service professionals.

Fosters client relationships and develop data-driven marketing strategies for a variety of clients and projects.

Monitors customer satisfaction and intervene as necessary.

Manage various full-funnel campaigns throughout the year, including larger Seasonal campaigns, micro-seasonal, service oriented, brand reputational, etc.

Min 5-7 years experience in Advertising and/or Marketing preferred

Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing Communications

Fully understand marketing briefs created by key stakeholders, upholding high standards to ensure the desired output is putting the customer first.

Play a key role in the day to day strategy and execution of the full advertising and creative process.

Analyze campaign performance data (e.g., intent to purchase, message clarity and reputation perception) and evaluates campaign effectiveness.

Experience working in project management tools.

Understand the account management discipline and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of project action plans.

4-5 years experience as an account manager.

Knowledge/experience with social platforms including but not limited to: Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Pinterest).

Ensure project intake reflects strategic requirements and creative output delivers on the strategy.

Lead digital creative production through the project manager and producer team.

Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or Healthcare experience highly desired

7+ Years Account Management Experience required

Recent Sales or Account Management experience in related industry/field.

Provides high level consultation to customers, including fiscal management support.

Promotes and displays customer focus, including the ability to autonomously make good judgement and decisions regarding customer satisfaction and contract requirements.

Maintains in-depth knowledge of client organization.
