Remote Investor Reporting Analyst Jobs in Ohio

Strong analytical skills, with good experience of interpreting and producing high quality, accurate management information.

High level of professionalism, inquisitive/assertive demeanor, consistent and disciplined management style that allows accomplishment of objectives and initiatives.

Experience in writing SQL queries and understanding SQL code

Experience in a HR department and/or using Oracle HCM or equivalent HR system.

Experience in analysis, design, construction, testing, documentation, and support of Oracle HCM reports.

Knowledge of data virtualization platforms (e.g., Tibco) to provide data access.

Work on reporting gap analysis creating BI Publisher reports where requirements cannot be met with out-of-the-box OTBI reports.

Minimum Education/Major: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related major.

Collaborate with workstream subject matter experts and leads to create functional reporting specs that accurately document required functionality.

Work with implementation partners to define and build custom OTBI and XML reports with Oracle HCM Cloud.

Support unit testing and user acceptance testing for Oracle HCM Reporting raising/fixing any potential bugs found.

Provide guidance to the creation of end user training ensuring functionality of reports are understood when documentation is created.
