Remote Investor Reporting Analyst Jobs in California

Begin to act as a liaison between our operations and end user managers

Professional oral and written communication skills

Strong analytical and problem solving skill

Financial and/or service experience preferred

Responsible for overflow inbound calls for multiple fund clients

Processes or escalates 2nd level requests received as necessary

Attend and take detailed notes at weekly Asset Management meeting.

2-4 years of applicable work experience in private equity (preferably with real estate managers).

Proven track record in project management and meeting deadlines.

Work closely with Accounting, Finance, Investment, and other HCP teams to assemble investor reports and other investor communications.

Manage the preparation and assembly of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) materials.

Manage the firm overview presentation and periodic updates.
