Create personalized care plans that consider the patient’s physical, mental, emotional and behavioral change needs and abilities

Evaluate patient functional abilities and limitations to develop customized exercise prescriptions to be performed asynchronously by the patient

Monitor and leverage remote physiological and activity data to inform patient care

An innovative mindset, and willingness to challenge status quo of traditional cardiac rehab experience

Ability to be very personable and possess good verbal communication skills, and able to work in various environments.

Deliver customized group wellness sessions and provide a exceptional high-end experience to every participate.

Bachelor’s degree in health education or exercise science discipline or equivalent.

Previous experience in the field of wellness health promotion is recommended and preferred.

Ability to travel to onsite session events, etc.

Certified in Wellness Personal Training and/or Group Fitness and Nutrition, Health Coaching and/or other related areas.

High School Diploma or GED and experience in healthcare services.

4 day work week available for most positions
