Remote Health And Wellness Coach Jobs in Missouri

Bachelor’s Degree Required, preferably in health sciences, health education, behavioral science, or social science

A minimum of 2 years of Health or Wellness coaching experience

Documents participant data in compliance with HIPAA requirements, departmental standards, and specific client guidelines

This role pays $21.25/hour on a temporary-to-hire basis

Upon conversion, this role has an OTE of $45,000

Must live in the state of Colorado, Arizona, Texas, or Illinois

Engagement (inbound and outbound)- contacting eligible participants to inform them of the program offering and enroll them in the program

Support operational aspects of the assigned area to meet the organization's customer requirements, which can include multiple customers.

Effective interpersonal and communication skills required

2+ years prior health coaching experience may substitute for a degree

1 -2 years of related experience required; experience in a customer service role preferred

Experience with benchmarks and contact center metrics preferred, including adherence to schedule

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, MS Office, Google Apps or other design software a plus

Excellent communication, writing, presentation and interpersonal skills

Competitive Salary $55,000 - $65,000/yr (hourly roll - based on experience)
