Remote Bilingual Quality Assurance Specialist Jobs in Texas

Analyze complex program problems and uses communication skills and program knowledge to attempt resolutions.

One year of full-time qualifying experience may be substituted for each year (30 semester hours) of education.

Experience in the unemployment insurance program applications and benefits system

Draft standards for achieving established goals and manage evaluation activities.

Knowledge of the Texas Unemployment Compensation Act

Experience using scanner, faxes, printers.

Experience with automation frameworks, continuous integration platforms, test management tools, and/or other QA services

Excellent project management skills, including ability to coordinate, negotiate, schedule and communicate with all levels of staff

Experience writing and testing business requirements

Excellent testing skills, with demonstrated knowledge of test automation, planning, scheduling, processes, and execution

Understanding of best practices for Quality Assurance business processes and metric management

Experience in creating metrics and ability to manage multiple testing projects
