Remote Bilingual Quality Assurance Specialist Jobs in Arkansas

Knowledge of Previous experience working with DoD systems, showcasing familiarity with defense-related projects and security requirements.

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent field, or equivalent experience/combined education

Required Skills: Quality Assurance, Jira, X-ray, Confluence, SQL, Automation

Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports for various applications based on business requirements

Review and analyze user requirement documents in tools such as JIRA.

Knowledgeable about API Testing utilizing tools like Postman, RestAssured, and SoapUI.

Document and escalate call monitoring issues to management as necessary.

Evaluate representatives and advisors calls using the quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at an individual level.

Provide continuous call evaluation feedback to representatives and advisors through written evaluations and review with their managers.

Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline or 5 years industry experience

Working knowledge of retirement plan and retail investment and advisory products preferred

Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office products

- Bachelor's degree or associate degree OR 2 or more years of applicable professional experience

- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills -- specifically, sorting and filtering

Contract July 31 through the end of the year

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management of marketing localization content and language quality assurance

Project Management or Localization Certifications are a plus

Skilled in translation management system technologies

Excellent time management and organization skills

Experience with project management software (Smartsheets or equivalent)

Overall project management of assigned translation projects through all phases of the project, especially during execution and post - delivery
