2+ years of experience with claims research, reconciliation, and Processing experience

Exceptional reconciliation, analytic skills, and the ability to interpret EOBs/EOPsA

Analyze all credits & debits on multiple daily bank statement(s) with various currencies

Experience with billing and payment processing systems (eg. Ariba, Coupa)

Knowledge of major accounting software packages for general ledger accounting is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with internal departments and external customers.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy.

Create and distribute customer invoices in a timely, accurate manner

Continuously monitor the customer aging report, perform collections actions and maintain vendor portals on a regular basis to meet DSO standards

Associate degree in administration, finance, or accounting, preferred

3 + years of experience claims handling, accounts receivable and medical billing experience - Required

3+ years of experience with Payor portals and 3rd party administrator accounts, required

1+ years of experience supervising, coaching and developing dynamic work teams - Required

Thorough knowledge of government, commercial, and other types of insurance billing guidelines - Required

Exceptional reconciliation and analytical skills – Required
