Experience : 1 year of dialysis experience

Required Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program

Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Full-time RNs with more than 1 year of experience are eligible for PTO Frontload.

Shift differential $3.25 evenings/$4.00 nights/$4.00 weekends

18 months RN experience in an acute OR setting is required

2 years RN experience in an acute OR setting is strongly preferred

Prior experience with Cerner EMR strongly preferred

The registered nurse collaborates and communicates with inter-disciplinary care providers in developing and assisting in plan of care.

Must have at least 1 year experience in an acute care setting.

Possesses an active CPR certification.

Remains knowledgeable about specific state laws and regulations governing practice.

Direct or supervise less-skilled nursing or healthcare personnel or supervise a particular unit.

Responsibilities Of The Registered Nurse (RN) Include

Qualifications For The Registered Nurse (RN) Position Include

Taking patient histories and performing physical examinations

Documenting patient care in the medical record

Provide skilled care to our patient(s) requiring professional nursing.

Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.

Registered Nurse with home health experience is preferred but not required.

Prepare documentation accurately, timely, and according to NCP policy.

Maintain accurate and complete records of nursing observations and care.

Current state licensure as a registered nurse required in the state of (Idaho).

BLS certification with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association

1-year acute care experience in an acute care setting

Independently cares for a sub-specialty group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards

Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team

Is responsible for professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization

Also performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned
