The Regional Recruitment Coordinator will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, external recruiters, and other stakeholders. The Regional Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. This includes developing job postings, managing job boards, and utilizing social media to source candidates. The Regional Recruitment Coordinator will also be responsible for conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback to candidates. Additionally, the Regional Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for onboarding new hires and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed.
