Our Fortune 150 client is looking for someone to become a key member of an exceptional team and will facilitate the recruiting and hiring processes. You will ensure the satisfaction of hiring managers, candidates, and new hires by providing responsive, high-quality, professional service and support in the recruiting function.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring timely and accurate data entry into the Workday applicant tracking system
- Coordinating the hiring process with recruiters and/or hiring managers
- Recognizing and proposing solutions to improve the recruiting processes and workflows
- Monitoring the pre-employment screening for new hires & reporting results to the recruiter as needed
- Coordinating travel arrangements for applicants
- Scheduling applicants for interviews and pre-employment testing
- Revising offers in Workday per the guidelines provided by the recruiter
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of administrative experience within Human Resources
- Years of administrative experience or a 4-year degree
- Experience with MS Office (e.g., Outlook, Excel, etc.)
