Regional Quality Assurance Manager Jobs

Experience in management within the substance use or behavioral healthcare industry.

Current knowledge of state and federal regulations and accreditation standards (CARF, TJC, etc.)

Support assigned programs in achieving and maintaining Ongoing Survey Readiness.

Work closely with program staff to promote a culture of safety and quality.

Direct ownership of DG quality deliverables, including creation, implementation and continuous improvement of the DG Quality Management System and Plan

The Regional Quality Manager should have the following qualifications:

OSHA 10 and/or 30 certifications

Primary focus points for the RQM include:

Performing compliance audits to ensure Amerit vehicles have proper tooling and equipment necessary to complete high quality services for our clients.

Managing claims that occur in dedicated region, ensuring that they are actioned within provided SLAs.

Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement methods, approaches and tools, including strategic management and project management.

Champion the Eaton Quality Management System within the Region.

Maintain overall ownership of the Quality Alert and Escape Management process for the Region.

Manage the development, implementation, and use of the Balanced Scorecard tool to all levels of the organization (Region and Plant).

Minimum ten (10) years progressive experience in Quality, Manufacturing and/or Engineering functions

Minimum three (3) years of experience in a multi-site leadership role

Verify and analyze quality metrics and create executive management reporting

Monitor and analyze site CAPA management, internal audits, quality self-assessments, management review, and create executive management reporting

Experience and working knowledge of Quality Assurance principles and methodologies

Lean experience and certification, preferred

Provide oversight to operations with implementing industry quality certifications (ISO, SQF, etc.)

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience, required

Monitors, reviews, and provides guidance to center QAS and Operations management for investigating, developing, and implementing CA/PAs for nonconformance events.

Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience as described in Job Expectations and Essential Functions may be substituted for bachelor's degree.

Experience requirements are the following:

Working with Regional Operations Manager and assigned donor centers to maintain regulatory compliance of region.

Ability to work remotely when not assigned travel location.

Supervisory experience preferred but not required.

Conducts quarterly training meetings for food service managers.

Prepares inspection reports with recommend plans of corrective action for administrative review.

Tracks facility equipment needs and replacement schedules.

Assesses daily production schedules and daily food costs and provides a comprehensive report; identifies compliance concerns.

Conducts annual operational audits on non-associated facilities.
