Lead and guide Office Managers and/or Team Leads in roles and responsibilities within the clinic

Direct management of Office Managers in Region and Teams without Office Managers

Whiteboard Program Management and oversight in conjunction with Office Manager or Team Lead

Direct management of teams and communication with physicians

Develop and expand leadership knowledge and tactics

Complex project management with the ability to multi-task and drive advanced strategic

Ability to manage and drive area of accountabilities, contributing to higher level agenda setting

Earning the respect of a very senior cohort, all Managing Partners & Directors, that are remotely

Working closely to develop and enhance people initiatives - developing a plan to manage the

10+ years of relevant experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

5+ years in Practice Management or Operational Management

2-3 years of Direct Supervisory or Managerial experience in healthcare environment; preferably in specialty care department

Partners with Leadership on operational business design to improve the products and services offered to patients.

5 years’ experience in related industry

Position relies heavily upon communication; must have excellent oral and written communication skills in order to succeed

Works well with others and is a team player. Interacts effectively with staff, employees, managers, and physicians

Minimum of 3 years of proven successful team leadership and management experience in a healthcare environment

Demonstrated excellent project management, new program implementation, quality improvement, and organizational skills

Able to navigate Project Management software to include:

Primary care and value-based health care (i.e., managed care) experience is a plus

Manage a market of affiliate providers in partnership with the Director of Provider Operations

Oversee and manage the time, schedule, goals, and performance of the designated market Provider Ops Team

You are an inspiring and well-versed communicator, up-to-speed with social media and have a strong online presence on LinkedIn

Recruit cohort leader teams for cohorts in your region. Guide these teams on leading their cohort.

Represent the needs of your teams in our Core leadership team.

Contribute to the annual operational agenda of TwM globally

Assess programs for viability for the cities you are responsible for

Groom successors for the cohort leader teams as well as your own role

Account management, consulting or customer service experience

Management of account servicing teams pod and business development associate once key thresholds are met

At least 10 years of experience in a major corporation working on social and environmental related programs

Extensive knowledge of CSR levers, networks, leaders and frameworks

Experience developing social impact and go-to-market strategies

Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

B.S. /B.A. or 7 years management experience.

Work in conjunction with Training Manager on training and development of health services management and non-management staff.

Communicate effectively to Practice Managers through direction, feedback, and problem solving, interpreting agency policy and procedures

Works closely with the Development Department to develop fundraising proposals and to manage and report on grant-funded programs and projects.
